1. Overview
Thrifty Streamer ("we", "us", or "our") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), we will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement committed using our service.
2. Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe that content available on or through Thrifty Streamer infringes your copyright, please submit a DMCA takedown notice containing the following information:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed. If multiple works are covered by a single notification, provide a representative list.
- Identification of the infringing material and information reasonably sufficient to allow us to locate it (e.g., a URL or description of where the content appears on our site).
- Your contact information, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature (typing your full legal name is acceptable as an electronic signature).

4. Processing of Notices
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA takedown notice, we will:
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material promptly.
- Notify the user who posted the content that it has been removed.
- Provide the user with information about how to submit a counter-notification if they believe the removal was in error.
5. Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing:
- Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or, if outside the United States, any judicial district in which Thrifty Streamer may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original takedown notice.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complaining party. If the original party does not file a court action within 10 business days, we may restore the removed material.
6. Repeat Infringers
In accordance with the DMCA, we maintain a policy to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyright.

Thrifty Streamer aggregates publicly available information about streaming services and TV shows. Show metadata (titles, descriptions, images) is sourced from The Movie Database (TMDb) under their API terms. Streaming service names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. User-generated content (reviews, discussions) is the responsibility of the individual users who post it, subject to our Terms of Service and Content Moderation Policy.
