Thrifty Streamer ("we", "us", or "our") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), we will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement committed using our service.

2. Reporting Copyright Infringement

4. Processing of Notices

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA takedown notice, we will:

• Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material promptly.
• Notify the user who posted the content that it has been removed.
• Provide the user with information about how to submit a counter-notification if they believe the removal was in error.

5. Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing:

1. Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
2. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
3. Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or, if outside the United States, any judicial district in which Thrifty Streamer may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original takedown notice.
4. Your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complaining party. If the original party does not file a court action within 10 business days, we may restore the removed material.

In accordance with the DMCA, we maintain a policy to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyright.

Thrifty Streamer aggregates publicly available information about streaming services and TV shows. Show metadata (titles, descriptions, images) is sourced from The Movie Database (TMDb) under their API terms. Streaming service names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. User-generated content (reviews, discussions) is the responsibility of the individual users who post it, subject to our Terms of Service and Content Moderation Policy.
